Accounts and profile changes

A signed-in account is required to create or edit its startup profile. Keep access to your account secure and update your profile when its public information changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Directory access and moderation

Startup profiles and their contents are submitted by users. Short Pitcher does not independently verify every profile, statement, product, or business, and a listing does not mean that Short Pitcher reviews, certifies, recommends, or endorses the startup. Visitors should assess information for themselves and consult the startup directly where appropriate.

Short Pitcher may review, restrict, suspend, edit for safety or presentation, or remove any profile or content at its discretion if it considers the content inappropriate, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, spam-related, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with these policies or the service's interests. Where appropriate, this action may be taken without prior notice. Short Pitcher is not required to monitor or pre-screen every submission and may make moderation decisions at any time. The directory may change or be unavailable from time to time.
